Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can be canceled and refunded until they have been shipped. Please note that a 10% processing and restocking fee will be charged for all canceled orders.

If you wish to request a cancellation and receive a partial refund, please send an email to yeahnostudio@gmail.com, including your full name and order number. We will assess the eligibility of the cancellation and proceed with a 90% refund.

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are final sale, unless otherwise stated. If you receive an order that is damaged or missing items, please send us an email with your name, order number, and a picture of the damaged product. We will be happy to send you a replacement.

No exchanges on damaged items after 30 days.

All custom orders are final. No returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your purchase, contact Yeah, No Studio and we will fix the issue.

Pre-orders

By purchasing a preorder item, you are agreeing to pay for the item and wait for the required time for the item to be made and shipped to you. To cancel an preorder item you must contact Yeah, No Studio within 2 days of purchase. After production starts cancelation and refund request are no longer accepted.
